The device allows you to turn it on and off and dimming the connected lighting.
The device belongs to the well-known GL series and therefore works with other devices from this series via closed RF 2.4 GHz communication.

Basics of the ZigBee protocol: The ZigBee protocol operates on the 2.4 GHz frequency, which propagates well in buildings.
