This tiny little Zigbee water leakage / flood sensor is uses Zigbee smart home wireless protocol to connect to a compatible Zigbee Bridge: an eWeLink or Tuya / SmartLife Zigbee hub, to trigger home automations. When used together with Sonoff Zigbee Bridge or SmartWise Zigbee Bridge Pro, it can also trigger WiFi-based Sonoff or other eWeLink devices via eWeLink cloud based on the detected water leak or flood. Note: it is not compatible with Sonoff Zigbee Bridge Pro yet. Zigbee support the mesh network topology, so the Zigbee range can be extended by plug-in other Zigbee devices, such as Sonoff Zigbee Mini or SmartWise Zigbee relays or Zigbee wall switches, acting as a Zigbee router.
