Service coverage with DJI Care Refresh
DJI Care Refresh is a comprehensive service for DJI products that, for a small additional fee, offers two replacements of damaged equipment within one year, covering damage caused by, among others, as a result of impact or contact of the product with water. The damaged equipment will then be replaced with a new or equivalent new product. The Service Package can be activated once for up to 30 days from the activation (first start-up) of the device. In the case of cameras, gimbals and stabilizers, it is not possible to extend the 30-day period.
DJI RS 2
For DJI RS 2 series gimbals, the cost of the first replacement under DJI Care Refresh is PLN 339. The cost of the second replacement is PLN 439.
How to activate DJI Care Refresh
1. The code must be activated at: .
2. During the activation process, you must provide the content of the Care Refresh code (code received in an e-mail), the serial number of the device (it is located directly on the product) and the details of the person activating the Package (name and surname, e-mail address).
3. DJI Care Refresh will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation by e-mail. Your equipment is now safe!
When an accident happens
1. The user reports the fault and sends the camera to the German DJI service with a note that it has DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair quote and on this basis decides whether he wants to repair/replace it for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting DJI Care Refresh, the user pays the replacement fee and receives another unit.
4. The replaced product will be shipped to you with priority shipping and free shipping.
DJI Care Refresh does not cover
1) Lost or partially missing camera.
2) Stolen or abandoned product.
3) Additional accessories.
4) Intentional loss of the product.
5) Damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.
6) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
7) Defects occurring outside the DJI Care Refresh validity period.
8) Additional fees related to model improvement, improving its performance.
9) Defects resulting from modifications that do not comply with the recommendations in the user manual or from using incompatible batteries and charger.
10) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
